You see it everyday. Nude photos from your past come up to bite you in the ass, or at least the boobs. Cameron Diaz is no different than the rest of us who have left nude polaroids at countless Ex's houses, workplaces, dry cleaners, etc... Happens all the time you know. Diaz testified that:

"she was not ashamed of topless pictures taken early in her career by a photographer who threatened to sell them before the release of one of her films."

Apparently the photographer who snapped Diaz topless is being charged with grand theft, forgery and pergery. The photographer John Rutter (I thought he was dead? Oh, dah, that's John Ritter. It would have been even better if John Ritter had taken them.) attempted to sell the photos to Cameron in 2003 before the release of Charlie's Angels: Fully Loaded. God only knows the photos could have only helped that fine piece of cinema.

The topless Diaz nudes where taken in an abandoned warehouse in 1992 for an edgy European magazine. Yeah that sounds professional. I read that as soft-core porn. Cameron Diaz stated she "felt that it was a safe environment. It was a professional shoot. It wasn't like in a back alley, `take your shirt off.'" Uhh Huhh. K. Gotcha. Anyway a supposed deal with the photog went bad, blah blah blah, Cameron Diaz end up in court, blah blah. I've lost interest in any details expect for the fact that Cameron Diaz was naked, nude, topeless whatever. Now where are the picture already.
