Note to self. Think twice about applying for a job as a kids show host after taking part in video promoting anal sex. The PBS Kids Sprout network has fired Melanie Martinez, host of The Good Night Show. It would seem that PBS was unaware that before helping kids get to sleep she was helping promote anal sex and masturbation as an alternative to sex. Melanie Martinez appeared in a series of satirical PSA videos called Technical Virgin which promoted the use of dildos and anal sex as an alternative for women who were thinking about loosing their viriginity. I guess I could understand the issue, but it's not that bad. It's not as if you had Paris Hilton hosting a show on abstinence - or Ashlee Simpson teaching kids how to sing.
