Hilary Duff performed on the NBC's Today show are part of their Toyota Concert Series. Looks like she might be stealing some moves from Britney or Christina or trying to bring back the robot. Or it could just be her giant gold earings and three hundred braclets have thrown her balance off so much that she dances like Elaine. I saw someone dance just like that once. Of course he wasn't singing and was covered in bees running for his life. Just an entertaining though.
