Mena Suvari recently shaved her head a la Britney Spears. I'm assuming this is for a movie roll, or perhaps she's working on completing the transformation into a teenage boy? Didn't she used to have real breasts? And didn't Kevin Spacey get some of that action in American Beauty? Oh, the irony.
