I have no idea what this is, but I give the guy big points for making sure Carmen Electra showed up wearing a dress like this with no bra. Marketing genius my friends. Everyone knows boobs sell everything. You should see the models I've got lined up for the launch of my new Duct Tape bracelets. Amazing, and let's just say that to demonstrate the unique re-positionable properties of the bracelets, they won't be wearing them on their wrists.
