The American Music Awards took place last night. I've got to hand it to the marketing department for this event, because I watch as much TV as the next guy (and surf the web way more), yet I had absolutely no idea they took place until I saw the photos this morning. I think they need to better leverage the level of talent they have attending. With artists like Beyonce at hand they have the perfect promotion vehicle.
