Well, according to TMZ anyway. But it sounds like there is no Kristin Davis sex tape. Damn. Reports say the naked photos of Kristin giving a hummer and, the new full frontal nudes in the bathtub, are from back in 1992 and were sold by a disgruntled boyfriend. But no tape.

So it seems our original opinion was both wrong and right. We suspected that while the photos looked like Kristin the tape was a fake. So we're sort of right. There is no Kristin Davis sex video, but we missed on the picts. And our reader poll was pretty much slip down the middle, with just over half of the voters believing there really was a home sex tape from Kristin. And for a consolation prize apparently there are more naked pictures of Kristin that we haven't yet seen. We'll take that.
