Apparently there is something called the White House Correspondents Association - and they have dinner. It all takes place in Washington DC and sounds pretty official until you look at the guest list. Pam Anderson, Joel McHale, Perez Hilton and Jenny McCarthy. So pretty much a line up of boobs no matter what slang you subscribe to. But certainly tops hats off for inviting a first rate line up of breasts that demonstrate what corresponding with the White House is all about - whatever that means.
