Idol Gives Back aired last night. If you happened to miss Fergie's frantic duo with Heart - here you go. Her introduction and wild, super-awkward "I'm trying to rock out" arm swing starts things off great. Then halfway through she starts in with the gymnastics doing one-armed cartwheels, which is nice and all if you're in the Olympics. There's more wild arm swinging which nearly takes out the big Heart chick. And then Fergie busts out the Chinese throwing stars and takes down Ryan Seacrest. (Ok that last part didn't really happen, but we can all dream).
