Just a few days ago we spotted Katie Holmes all sweaty and unhot running the New York City marathon. We were momentarily excited at the fact she might be trying to escape, but then realized it was just a race. Well here's Katie once again, this time looking pretty damn good. Great actually. These pictures come from yesterdays self-congratulatory event at the Museum of the Moving Image where Tom was honored for his contributions to the art of film, I guess. How about those shoulders?

Katie Holmes was seen running for hours through New York this weekend and apparently still could not loose Tom Cruise. You'd think that when you took a measure as desperate as actually running 26 miles you'd manage to at least shake the guy. It's like she didn't plan this it very well and just ran in a big circle or something. Oh. wait. Ahhh, nevermind. Just looked this up and it seems Katie Holmes ran the New York City Marathon. Makes perfect sense I guess. You've got to train before you make the big escape.
