If you didn't know this movie was made by Woody Allen you'd probably watch the trailer and think it was a foreign film. We snagged some on-set photos of Allen's new movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona last year. And now here's the trailer. Yeah, I'm sure you wondering why we care about a movie made by a walking fossil, well, that fossil managed to get Scarlett Johannson and Penelope Cruz in a lesbian liplock - that's why.
Been ages since I bothered to post a trailer, but this one caught me eye. Bigger Stronger Faster is from the producers of Bowling For Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11 (though nothing to do with Michael Moore) - it's about steroid use. Check out the biceps on the dude in the very beginning. Totally freakish.
Everybody's got to get into acting. Either you start there, or end there. Jenna Jameson's coming to the big screen in Zombie Strippers. Some might say she's be acting for years, but well, whatever. Watch the trailer for Zombie Strippers in the full post. It's pretty much exactly what you're expect given that it starts an ex-porn queen and is name 'Zombie Strippers'. Here are some snaps of Jenna from the premiere.
George Clooney's new movie Leatherheads premiered last night at Grauman's. It might seem odd to report that girlfriend Sarah Larson was fully clothed, but keep in mind the seemingly endless string of party pictures that his the web last week. The latest girl-on-girl ass biting picts didn't did seem to phase Clooney or Larson as they hit the red carpet.
Jessica Alba and Cash Warren hit the red carpet for the premiere of The Eye. Jessica's spent a lot of time lately trying to hide her 'baby bump' from the paparazzi's cameras. It's nice to finally get a look at it. Ah, hell, who are we kidding. We're looking at here boobs. At least she's smiling. She usually looks pissed off as hell. Of course having a camera stuck in your face while you try and walk down the street tend to make people cranky. Trailer for The Eye after the jump.
I don't think I've ever seen a horror film combined with a shroom trip. I don't mean actually watching a horror film on shrooms but a horror film made out of a heavy mushroom trip in the forest of Ireland. Either way actually, seems like it might be good. Flick opens on Feb 1st. Maya Hazen (in the banner pict) and a bunch of other peep I haven't heard much of, but it looks like a cool.
It's anyone's guess as to whether or not the Academy Awards will actually be held this year. John Stewart says he won't cross the picket lines which would leave the show without a host. And if the host is John Stewart than that's pretty much the best part of the show. So for what it's worth here's a run down of the big ticket Oscar nominations this year. (And a video clip of a Winona Ryder performance that was obviously overlooked in this years voting). And I defy you to tell me you actually saw In the Valley of Elah. What?

The 28th Annual Golden Raspberry Awards nominations were announced today. Among the leading Razzie contenders were Lindsay Lohan, Adam Sandler and Eddie Murphy. Lindsay's film I Know Who Killed Me received a 9 nominations for lameness all by itself. If you watch Lindsay's sex scene from the movie you'll know it's bad. How do you screw up a sex scene? Jessica Biel also received a nomination for her work in I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
I have no doubt some of these movies sucked rocks, but I'm throwin' the flag on the voting. What kind of cross section is it when you only mail 747 ballots out? Not even that many people actually saw Lindsay's movie. And Jessica Biel receiving a Razzies nomination? I happen to see Chuck and Larry recently and I can tell you, after seeing Jessica Biel soaking wet in her bra and panties I can't remember a single thing about the movie anyway. What kind of animal would vote against her?
I KNOW WHO KILLED ME = 9 Nominations Worst Screen Couple, Horror Movie, Screenplay, Director, Remake/Rip-Off, Supporting Actress, Actress (2x), Picture
I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK & LARRY = 8 Nominations Worst Screen Couple, Screenplay, Director, Supporting Actor (2x) Supporting Actress, Actor, Picture
The Sundance Film festival is underway, so we thought we'd bring your a few snaps of our favorite gossip subjects. We have not clue why Paris Hilton is going smelling her fingers. But it's really not suprising all in all. Kim Kardashian was also spotted hanging with Reggie Bush. adding fuel to those hook up rumors. If you're a film buff of any sort you best hit up Sundance's site, which has tons of clips and news - most of it immensely more useful than we have the capacity to provide.
It's been quite a while since we spotted Lindsay Lohan on the red carpet. She was back out last night for the premiere of the much anticipated Cloverfield. And of course was sporting the tight black dress with the obligatory Lohan cleavage. Nice to see Lindsay back in form minus the trouble.
If you haven't hear of the movie Look you should check it out. Crazy cool concept. An entire film made up of security camera video. Got you thinking? Watch the trailer, it's pretty much everything you imagine. It's opening in limited release this Friday and has already grabbed a slew of rewards. And as a sweet extra here are a few picts from Maxim's interview with Spencer Redford and Heather Hogan. Hit up Maxim for a bunch more great shots.
Sweeney Todd opens Friday. It's the perfect movie to stir up the box office during the holiday season. I remember reading the story and then seeing the play during summer school with some nutty lit teacher. The combination of Johnny Depp, Tim Burton and Helena Bonham Carter couldn't be more perfect for this film. They're all a little twisted themselves and the combination looks great. Check out the trailer.
