Rumors are that Britney Spears has been keeping a video diary during her troubled times. Mirror UK reports that she may release them on the internet or even as a series on MTV.

"Britney's video diaries are the talk of the Tinseltown elite," we're told. "Her high-profile friends and exes - including Justin - knew what she was up to but assumed she was filming herself as a form of therapy. If she does decide to go public with the footage, it'll be explosive.

Although some of it is really sad to watch - especially the parts where she's close to breakdown - others are dynamite. Not surprisingly both JT and Kevin Federline are terrified the material will end up all over the net

I'm sure that when you see a post title like "Paris Hilton Goes Down" you're expecting to see some new sex tape footage. Ironically not. Shocking, eh. Lovebirds Paris and Benji were in Prague over the weekend and Paris Hilton took a hard fall while trying to make her way through a swarm of photographers. Luckily the pavement caught her by the face and she wasn't too badly damaged.

What's with these photographers chasing them around? I know the pap do that in here in the U.S., but doesn't Prague have differently laws. You'd figure they're close enough to the old Soviet empire that you Benji could get away with mowing them down Rambo style. I meant to post this over the weekend, but time got away from me. It's a video of Steve-O that would pretty much explain why he's locked up in the looney bin right now. There seems to be some multiple personality action going on, or it could just be massive amounts of drugs. When I first heard Steve-O tried to commit suicide last week I wondered how the hell anyone could actually tell he was trying for real - the guys always looks like he's one step doing himself in. But based on this clip I'd believe it.

I have no idea where the audience is, and the room kind of looks like a padded cell, but that's a whole other story. The Dallas Cowboys lost yesterday to the New Giants. Over the last couple weeks the media has been giving Tony Romo plenty of crap for dating Jessica Simpson and blaming her for Tony's poor on-field performance. Hey, let's face it, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to put the pieces together after Jessica Simpson comes to a Dallas game and Tony Romo has his worst game in history. In this clip of a press conference with Terrell Owens he tries to depend Romo against the unfair scrutiny of the media and then T.O. turns on the water works and starts crying. Classic.

Britney Spears stopped off for gas yesterday in her multiple day drive through fantasy land. Paparazzi have been following her every manipulative move, from visiting drug stores while holding a book on the Kaballah to eating Taco Bell and Starbucks. Today's she's sitting in her car smoking a cigarette. I think they told us in Drivers Ed class that smoking at a gas station was dangerous. I'm pretty sure that was all crap though. I've juggled flaming torches outside the Circle K for years and never had a problem. Occasionally I even pump gas for old ladies. It's quite the show.

All I read yesterday on the net was that there was an Eva Longoria sex tape - maybe with Tony Parker. Well, it's fake, or um, real but not with Tony Parker and it's not a real sex tape. What did I say? The sex tape spoof was made for Will Farrell's site Funny or Die. It's the same place that brought you Pearl The Landloard - which was actually pretty damn funny. Eva Longoria's tape is, well, not. Eva and comedian Eric Christian Olsen put on the typical sex tape schtick with lame results. It would have been far funnier if Eva was actually having sex in the tape. Did I say funnier, I mean hotter. Yeah.

The David Letterman show is without a doubt one of worst hours of comedy on TV. But, you've got to love Dave from this interview with Paris Hilton. No small talk, just right to the point. How was jail bitch? And what do you know, it made poor Paris sad. Ahhhh too bad. Letterman's crazy for even mentioning Paris and Role Model in the same sentence, but telling Paris her legacy would be jail is pretty much brilliant - and true.

A man was found dead at the home of actor Ving Rhames. It appears that he may have been mauled to death by more than one dog.

Police say they are not sure whether it was the dog mauling that proved fatal, or if the man suffered some other type of health problem.

A pair of 200-pound mastiffs have been quarantined by Animal Control, along with two other dogs found on the property.

That's some home security system. All this time I thought those cut outs of Soccer Dog I stole from the movie theater were doing the trick. Turns out you're safer if it's a real dog that can actually eat the person.

Update - TMZ.com reports that the caretaker likely had a heart attack and was mauled after dying, as his wounds did not appear like threatening.

A few days ago Tim McGraw has getting his balls grabbed. This time he gets his ring taken right off his finger while shaking hands with fans. Looks like it was an accident and the women who took the ring was trying to get his attention, meanwhile Tim summons security for another girl he thought stole it. The video clip ends before the whole matter is resolved so who knows what really happened. The whole thing would have been much funnier if Faith Hill jumped out of the stage and kicked her ass. Or if I was there to bust a few of my wicked ninja moves. Take your pick.

Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Matt Damon, Jason Biggs, Sarah Silverman and Joshua Jackson are all featured in a series of environmental short films. The series, called Clean My Ride, Flex My Fuel, will be available on YouTube. Ben can be seen 4 minutes into this clip dressed like an ear of corn and promoting the use of corn-based ethanol as a fuel. Matt Damon appears in an upcoming film as a fuel pump. And who said Ben Affleck's career is over?

This video is of Hilary Duff's (lip synced) performance on So You Think You Can Dance. Interesting choice of performers for a show about dancing. Kind of like having a 500 pound man show you how to run a 4-minute mile. The I Dream of Genie garb is choice though.

The 2007 MTV Movie Awards were last night and Sarah Silverman is my new hero. From calling Lindsay Lohan a pig to making jokes about Paris Hilton going to jail and getting special treatment -like having jail cel bars painted like penises - and then breaking her teeth on them. The video is great. Paris laughs at a bit at the mention of going to jail, then looks like she's about to cry when Sarah jokes about the penis bars. Classic.

And in an ironic twist to a joke later in the show about Paris going to jail early - she really did. Yahoo reports that Paris Hilton went to jail two days early. Horray!
